Guided tours of the abbey interior

For centuries, Christian pilgrims have come to the hills of Frigolet to pray to the archangel St. Michael and the Blessed Virgin Mary. On this profoundly spiritual site so evocative of the Holy Land, generation after generation of friars built and beautified two churches... which you can now visit.

The churches are open during the hours listed below.

The monastery may only be visited on a guided tour:

    From September 1st to Easter, Sundays at 4:10pm
  • Tickets:
    On sale at the abbey bookshop.
  • Meeting point for the start of the tour:
    Monastery entrance, on the courtyard in front of the basilica .
  • The tour is given by a friar speaking in French - if you or your group does not understand French, you will want to have someone along capable of translating efficiently and discretely...
